Gordon Pridham , , 1,2 , , Chairman

Mr. Pridham was previously the Chairman of the Board of US Silver and Gold. He is a Principal of Edgewater Capital and is a director and Chair of Newalta Corporation, a director of Americas Silver Corporation and a director and Chair of the Board of CHC Realty Capital Corp. and of Titanium Corporation. He is on the advisory board for Enertech Capital, a Clean Tech Venture Fund. Mr. Pridham is a graduate of the University of Toronto and the Institute of Corporate Directors program. Mr. Pridham has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets and corporate banking. He has worked in New York, Calgary, Toronto and Hong Kong for global financial institutions and has financed and advised companies in public and private markets across a broad range of industry sectors. Mr. Pridham was appointed to the Orvana Minerals Board in November 2014.

Ed Guimaraes , , 1 ,

Mr. Guimaraes has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Sierra Metals Inc. and is a director of Aldridge Minerals Inc. Previously, Mr. Guimaraes was an independent business consultant. Mr. Guimaraes also held senior management positions with Aur Resources Inc. between 1995 and 2007, ultimately serving as Executive Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Guimaraes was appointed to the Orvana Minerals Board in February 2013.

Sara Magner , , 2 ,

Ms. Magner is an attorney with a focus on corporate and transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and corporate governance issues. She has served as the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Minera S.A., since 2010. Prior to her current position, Ms. Magner was an Associate in the Corporate and Securities practice at the global law firm, Greenberg Traurig LLP. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig in 2005, Ms. Magner spent seven years working in various segments of Siemens' operations in the United States and Germany, including working in International Human Resources at Siemens AG in Erlangen, Germany, and as a Manager of Human Resources at Siemens Energy & Automation in Georgia. Ms. Magner holds a J.D. (with high honors) from The George Washington University School of Law and a Bachelor's of Science degree from Emory University. Ms. Magner was appointed to the Orvana Minerals Board in November 2015.

Alan Edwards , , 1,3 ,

Mr. Edwards has over 35 years experience in the mining industry, including various executive and director roles. He is currently President of AE Consulting, and serves as Chairman of the Board for AQM Copper Inc. Mr. Edwards is a Director and Chairman of the Technical Committee for Entree Gold Inc. and is a Director and Chair of the Sustainability and Technical Committee for Americas Silver Corporation. Mr. Edwards previously served as CEO of Oracle Mining, President and CEO of Frontera Copper Corp. and President and CEO of Copper One Inc. He also served as COO of Apex Silver Mines Corp. where he directed the engineering, construction and development of the San Cristobal project in Bolivia. He has also worked for Kinross Gold Corporation, P.T. Freeport Indonesia, Cyprus Amax Minerals Company and Phelps Dodge Mining Company. Mr. Edwards holds an MBA degree and a B.S. in Mining engineering, both from the University of Arizona.

George Darling , , 2,3 ,

Mr. Darling has over 30 years of experience in mine operations and engineering. Mr. Darling is currently a Senior Mine Consultant and Regional Director at Hatch, a mining business and technical consulting company. He has held senior positions at a variety of international mining consulting companies, most recently as the Director of Mining at SNC Lavalin and other senior positions at Stantec and SRK Consulting. He has an in-depth base of knowledge and extensive background in underground mining operations and project management. Areas of expertise include 43-101 reports, mine feasibility studies, mine financial evaluations, life of mine planning, mining trade-off studies, mine construction management, EPCM , mine organizational structures and due diligence reports. Mr. Darling holds at B.Sc. in Mining from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and a B.Sc. in Geology and Geophysics from Sydney University in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Darling was elected to the Orvana Minerals Board in February 2017.
