(TSX:ORV) (the "Company" or "Orvana") is pleased to announce that the Company will hold its Annual Shareholders' Meeting on Friday, February 27, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. EST at the TMX Broadcast Centre, The Exchange Tower, 130 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5X 1J2.
