In April 2009, U.K.-based Scott Wilson Ltd. updated a November 2008 NI 43-101 compliant technical report for the El Valle-Boinás/Carlés Project prepared by Ore Reserves Engineering, which was an update of an Ore Reserves Engineering January 2008 technical report completed for the El Valle, Carlés, La Breuva and Godan gold deposits. These reports were completed prior to Orvana's acquisition of the El Valle-Boinás/Carlés Project in September 2009 and subsequently re-issued to Orvana in November 2009. Resources as updated in April 2009 are outlined below. Orvana plans to release an updated resource estimate for the project during the second quarter of fiscal 2010.
