Robert Metcalfe , , 1, 2, 3 ,

Mr. Metcalfe was a senior partner with the law firm Lang Michener LLP for 20 years. He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Armadale Properties and Counsel to all of the Armadale Group of Companies, with significant holdings across numerous industries including finance, construction of office buildings, airport ownership, management and refurbishing, land development, automotive dealerships as well as newspaper publishing, radio and television stations. Mr. Metcalfe has served as President, CEO, Lead Director, Chairman and Committee member on numerous publicly listed natural resource and industry company corporate boards globally, including GCM Mining Corp. from June 2011 to December 2022 (Lead Director); Medoro Resources Inc. (Chairman) from August 2009 to April 2012; and PetroMagdalena Energy Corp. in South America as well as the former Chairman of the board of Alberta Oilsands Inc. from 2012 to 2015. He currently serves as director of publicly listed companies Blue Star Gold, BetterLife Pharma Inc., and Pasofino Gold Limited. As a director and shareholder, Mr. Metcalfe has been engaged in numerous acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations, financings and corporate improvements, as well as serving on numerous special committees across many sectors. He is a graduate of the course for Corporate Directors and is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario. Mr. Metcalfe is Chairman of the Board of Orvana and is currently a member of Orvana's Safety, Environment, & Technical Committee; Audit Committee; and Compensation, Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee.

Michael Davies , , 1, 2 ,

Mr. Davies is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario) with over 30 years of extensive international and public company experience in financial management, strategic planning and external reporting in resource and other sectors, including management positions with GCM Mining Corp., PetroMagdalena Energy Corp., Coalcorp Mining Inc. Medoro Resources Inc., LAC Minerals Ltd. and Pamour/Giant Yellowknife Mines. Mr. Davies also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. Mr. Davies is currently a member of Orvana's Audit Committee; and Compensation, Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee.

Michael Mutchler , , 1, 2, 3 ,

Mr. Mutchler is a mining professional with over 40 years of underground and open-pit mining and project development experience, having held positions of increasing responsibility ranging from Laborer, Miner, Engineer, Foreman, Mine Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, President, and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mutchler obtained his B.Sc. Degree in Mining Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines, MBA from Webster University, Executive Juris Doctorate Degree from Concord School of Law, and Chartered Director Certification with The Directors College at McMaster University. Mr. Mutchler is currently a member of Orvana's Safety, Environment, & Technical Committee; Audit Committee; and Compensation, Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee.

Alfredo Garcia , , 3 ,

Mr. Garcia has over 40 years of experience in the mining business, most of them related with base metals and gold exploration. Mr. Garcia was associated with Antofagasta for almost 15 years, most recently serving as Regional Exploration Manager, South America, based in Santiago and Lima from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, he was the Regional Exploration Manager, Africa, from 2007 to 2010, and in an earlier stint with Antofagasta was Senior Geologist in the Santiago headquarters, leading exploration teams in Argentina and Perú from 1997 to 2001. From 2002 Mr. Garcia spent several years in Spain at the Dimensional Stone Mining Business (marble and granite), in two companies, Granitos Españoles SA and Bolumburu SA as Director General (CEO). Mr. Garcia served as Project Manager and General Manager, Exploration, for PMC-Cavosa from 1985 to 1992, leading exploration teams involved in precious metals (gold and silver) and base metals (copper, tin and tungsten) in Spain, Portugal and Argentina. Mr. Garcia holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Oviedo in Spain (1976) and began his career as a mine geologist in the gold mines in South Africa (JCI underground Consolidated Murchison and Witwatersrand operations) in the early 1980s where he also did postgraduate studies at Wits University.. Mr. Garcia was appointed to the Board of Orvana Minerals in February 2018. Mr. Garcia is currently a member of Orvana's Safety, Environment, and Technical Committee.
